A monetary gift is an effective way to support the Illinois Chapter Foundation of the American College of Cardiology, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. You can realize tax savings by deducting cash gifts from your taxable income (please consult your tax advisor to insure you receive full credit for your gift). Checks should be made payable to: Illinois Chapter Foundation of the ACC.

Mission of the IL-ACC Foundation:

The purpose of the Chapter Foundation is to support and contribute to educational programs and initiatives directed at the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and to ensure optimal quality of care for individuals with such diseases.

The Foundation is affiliated with and works closely with the IL-ACC Chapter of the ACC, a
501(c)6 professional association comprised of cardiologists, cardiac care associates and fellows-in-training practicing in the state of Illinois. A prime initiative of the Chapter is planning and executing educational programs for its members. Funds from the Chapter Foundation are used specifically to support educational programming.

Thanks to gifts to the Illinois Chapter Foundation, it is able to make a greater impact on the lives of those in need of care and treatment for heart disease. Your consideration and support is greatly appreciated.
